MARTECH13 Summit, the first NP Dodge Real Estate marketing and technology conference, was held Monday, October 21, at Mammel Hall on the UNO Pacific Street Campus. Over 200 NP Dodge sales associates attended this very special one-day event. Focusing on the agents, NP Dodge selected eight leading speakers to conduct break-out sessions on everything from relationship marketing and social media to the newest technology. All one hour sessions were approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission as Broker Approved training hours. The summit provided continuing education sessions throughout the day and the chance to visit with industry experts.

Over 100 million in pending sales was achieved in the months of April, May and July 2013. The total for April 2013 over $118,000,000, May over $117,000,000 and July was just over $103,000,000.

350 Youth Volunteers Arriving for Mission Omaha

Nearly 50 Homes will be Repaired, Renovated During Week-long Mission

OMAHA – They’re coming from across the country to put in a week’s-worth of hard work that will benefit more than 50 homeowners during the third Mission Omaha youth workcamp beginning Sunday, June 16.  The youth will be arriving at Grave University between noon and 4pm on the 16th.
