NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce that eight new sales associates have joined the residential sales team.
Linda Thomas, a transfer licensee, has joined the Iowa sales team at 1032 Woodbury Avenue, Council Bluffs. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Grand View College, Des Moines, IA. and has had a 32 year career as a nurse.
Rubin Ramirez, a new licensee, has joined the Iowa sales team at 1032 Woodbury Avenue, Council Bluffs. Rubin earned a degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
Terry O’Toole, a new licensee, has joined the Iowa sales team at 1032 Woodbury Avenue, Council Bluffs. Terry earned an Associates Degree in Business from Iowa Western Community College.
Steven Stodola, a new licensee, has joined the Blair sales team at 1449 Washington St. Steven attended the Randall School of Real Estate. He is a Blair High School graduate, has worked in Blair for over 24 years, 9 years as a Property Manager, and Vice President of the Blair Optimist Club.
Tuan Tran, a new licensee, has joined the 35Dodge sales team at 3552 Dodge Street, Omaha. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Political Science and Speech Communications, from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Tuan is a member of the Vietnamese Alliance Church.
Gary Sleddens, a new licensee, has joined the Husker Home Finders Team at the Lakeside sales office—16909 Lakeside Hills Plaza, Suite 119, Omaha. He has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources from Bellevue University, with a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR). Gary is retired from the U.S. Air Force.
Kim Bills, a new licensee, has joined the Sarpy County sales team at 4912 Shannon Drive, Papillion. She attended the Randall School of Real Estate and earned both a Masters Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Business from Bellevue University. Professional experience includes financial services, the Department of Defense and property management. Kim has a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
Karen Yapp, a new licensee, has joined the Lakeside sales team at 16909 Lakeside Hills Plaza, Suite 119, Omaha. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fisk University, Nashville, TN and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, St. Louis, MO. Karen is married and has four beautiful children.
