NP Dodge Real Estate Holds Team Summit

NP Dodge recently held their first Team Summit at UNO’s Thompson Center. Over 100 NP Dodge sales associates attended the three hour workshop designed to help the sales associates successfully build a real estate team, learn proven team practices, and focus on bettering their team of agents.

The morning kicked off with a continental breakfast and a welcome from Mike Riedmann, president of Residential Sales. Mr. Riedmann said, “NP Dodge Real Estate is the only local broker to offer a summit of this type for their real estate sales professionals.”

Joe Niego, world-renowned, top-producing agent and author focused on what it means to work together and provide the best service their clients. Mr. Niego has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. He was a former NBA player for the Houston Rockets and works closely on projects with Brian Buffini and Buffini & Company. This was his first speaking engagement in Nebraska.

The summit also included a panel of leaders from six teams at NP Dodge Real Estate. The leaders discussed how their teams were setup, successful problem solving techniques and working efficiently. The panel answered questions from the audience as well. Team leaders included Roxanne Dooley (The Dooley Group), Tim Reeder (The Good Life Group), Angela May (The Husker Home Finder Team), Steve Riso (Team RISOLD), Jeff Rensch (The Jeff Rensch Group), and Jeff Cohn (Omaha’s Elite Real Estate Group).
