NP Dodge Real Estate Welcomes New Sales Associates
NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce eight new sales associates.
Jerry Lovell, a new licensee, has joined the 129Dodge sales team at 12915 W. Dodge Rd., Omaha. Mr. Lovell earned degrees from Doane College with a Masters in School Leadership, also University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Masters in Education. He is presently working with Bellevue East High School as a Biology Teacher, Track Coach and was the past Head Football Coach.
William Milczksi has joined the Sarpy County sales team at 4912 Shannon Dr., Papillion. Bill has a private pilot’s license and has been in real estate for 5 years.
Cody Chingren, a transfer licensee, has joined The Evans Team at the129Dodge sales office at 12915 W. Dodge Rd., Omaha.
Wayne Baumler has rejoined the 204Dodge sales team at 613 N 204 Ave Cir, Omaha. Wayne has been in real estate for 14 years and earned both a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and a Masters in Business Administration from Creighton University.
Anurag Nayak has joined the 35Dodge sales office located at 3552 Dodge St., Omaha. Mr. Nayak earned a PhD in Irrigation Engineering from Utah State University and a Mechanical Tech. and Agricultural Engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur, India.
Brian Deprez has rejoined the 129Dodge sales team at 12915 W. Dodge Rd., Omaha. Brian has been in the real estate business for over 10 years and will work with his spouse, Nicole Deprez.
Breanna Jensen, a new licensee, has joined the Glenwood Iowa sales office located at 428 1st St. Breanna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wayne State College. During college, she worked for Midwest Land Company.
Jen Winder has joined the 204Dodge sales team at 613 N 204 Ave Cir, Omaha. Jen has worked for NP Dodge in various positions since 2009 before getting her real estate license.
