MARTECH15 - Over 300 Agents Attend The Annual NP Dodge Event

The NP Dodge MARTECH15 Summit was held Tuesday, October 20, at Mammel Hall on the UNO Pacific Street Campus. Over 300 NP Dodge sales associates attended the free, educational one-day event. NP Dodge Real Estate is the only local broker to offer a summit of this magnitude. Nine speakers were asked to conduct keynote and breakout sessions about the latest advancements in marketing and technology. All one hour sessions were approved by the NE Real Estate Commission as Broker Approved training hours for the NP Dodge associates.

The day kicked off with a continental breakfast and a special welcome from Nate Dodge, president of NP Dodge Company. MARTECH15 offered a wide range of accomplished speakers, including keynote speaker Joe Niego, expert presenter, top-producing agent, and author from Chicago, IL. Recently, Joe helped build an all-new revolutionary training program, Peak Producers®. Combined with over 25 years of real-world real estate experience and a passion for helping others, he helped create the most comprehensive training program the real estate industry has ever seen. Mr. Niego’s presentation was titled “Goal Scorer”. After lunch in Mammel Hall’s atrium, the mid-day keynote message was presented by Nobu Hata, NAR's Director of Member Engagement, Nobu is a student of marketing, communications trends, social media, and technology in the real estate industry. Mr. Hata’s presentation was titled “Buyer and Seller Wants”.

In addition to keynote speakers, MARTECH15 offered 11 different breakout sessions featuring top-performing speakers who shared their award-winning strategies. Presenters included Anne Colvin, Senior Manager, Luxury Portfolio International®, Chicago, IL.; Karen France, SVP of Assoc. and MLS Services for Realtors Property Resource®; John D’Ambrogio, @Properties Executive Vice President of Relocation and Corporate Services, Chicago, IL; Lou Izzo, President and CEO of Real Estate Leadership, Williamsville, NY; Andee Hoig, President and Owner of ALH Publications, Omaha, NE; Katelyn Shields, Inbound Marketing Lead at booj and Tyler Olmsted, Director of Production at booj, both from Denver, CO;
